Submit your details, university, rent, and property/agent contact. We’ll confirm what documents we need.

Step 2

We review your documents and affordability. If approved, we issue a guarantor agreement.

Your landlord/agent will receive a copy of the deed of guarantee to sign, alongside your tenancy contract. Once this is completed, your contract is secure.
